the service was efficient. i especially appreciated the speed. the grounds were well kept with lush palm trees. the beach was clean and the water was clear making it good for diving.
i booked a sea view room though the view was obstructed by a half-built building next door. the food organization was often disappointing. waiting times for served dishes were long, sometimes 15-30 minutes.

The staff were attentive. and ensured my needs were met efficiently. the multiple restaurants offered a diverse range of cuisines. I enjoyed the Moroccan restaurant the most. I also appreciated the spacious layout of the resort. It made navigating between amenities easy.
i noticed some inconsistency with drink service at the beach. i had to wait longer than usual for my orders, even when it wasn't particularly busy.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each day. there was a mini fridge stocked with water and soft drinks; it was replenished daily too.

i found the front desk staff helpful with directions around the resort. the waiters at the beach restaurant were always smiling. and quick to take orders. the housekeeping team did a thorough job.

the aqua park had a variety of slides suitable for all ages. there are multiple pools, including a heated option for cooler days. the gym had three treadmills; two stationary bikes and free weights are also available.

the staff are so friendly and helpful. Asmaa from guest relations was especially amazing. she ensured all our needs were met before we even arrived, arranged our room exactly as we wanted. hassan abdallah also impressed me with his kindness and professional attitude.
the shower water drained slowly, and i detected a slight odor.

the room was a good size, very clean, and included two separate sinks. the king size bed was comfortable, and ashraf, the cleaning guy, did an excellent job; he was really friendly. lighting in the bathroom was a little low. the air conditioning worked perfectly.
